No obstante, la perseverancia del Dr. Mendoza ha comenzado a dar frutos. "Todo ello ha sido comunicado a Youtube y dándome la razón, justificándolo todo mediante mis publicaciones, les han retirado tres vídeos con las consecuencias que ello conlleva en el propio Youtube". Este paso significativo valida su autoría y el reconocimiento de sus esfuerzos. "¿Lo podemos considerar un éxito? Al menos es un comienzo en el que se me reconoce la autoría, mis trabajos, mis esfuerzos…", afirmó el Vicerrector, transmitiendo un mensaje de optimismo a pesar de las adversidades.

"All of this has been communicated to YouTube, and by siding with me and justifying everything through my publications, they have removed three videos with the consequences that this entails on YouTube itself".
