El Festival de Documentales "Miradas del Mundo" de Paradox Film Anuncia Fechas Clave para su Edición 2025 tras una Convocatoria de Éxito

El I Festival Internacional de Documentales "Miradas del Mundo", una destacada iniciativa de Paradox Film y Appleton Private University, se complace en anunciar las fechas clave para su edición 2025, tras haber concluido exitosamente su periodo de recepción de obras. Con la convocatoria ya cerrada, la organización se prepara para las siguientes fases que culminarán en una serie de proyecciones y una esperada Gala de Premios.

Después de haber recibido un impresionante número de 371 documentales de diversas partes del globo, "Miradas del Mundo" consolida su posición como una plataforma crucial para voces cinematográficas globales. El festival, impulsado por Appleton College of Cinematic Arts y la Appleton Private University, se erige como un puente para el entendimiento intercultural y la reflexión sobre las realidades que nos unen.

Las próximas etapas del festival se desarrollarán según el siguiente calendario oficial:

• 23 de junio de 2025: Nominación Semifinalistas. En esta fecha crucial, se darán a conocer los documentales que han avanzado a la fase de semifinales, tras un riguroso proceso de evaluación inicial.
• 24 de julio de 2025: Anuncio de los Documentales Seleccionados para el Concurso (40). Se revelarán las 40 obras documentales que formarán parte de la selección oficial y competirán por los prestigiosos galardones del festival.
• Del 28 de julio al 30 de agosto de 2025: Proyecciones de los Documentales. Durante este periodo extendido, el público tendrá la oportunidad de sumergirse en las diversas narrativas visuales, disfrutando de las proyecciones de los documentales seleccionados. Las plataformas y horarios específicos se anunciarán próximamente.
• 15 de septiembre de 2025: Gala de Premios. El festival culminará con una emotiva Gala de Premios, donde se reconocerá la excelencia y el impacto de las obras documentales que han destacado en esta primera edición.

The 1st International Documentary Festival "Miradas del Mundo", a prominent initiative of Paradox Film and Appleton Private University, is pleased to announce the key dates for its 2025 edition, having successfully concluded its submission period. With the call for entries now closed, the organization is preparing for the next phases, which will culminate in a series of screenings and an anticipated Awards Gala.

After receiving an impressive number of 371 documentaries from various parts of the globe, "Miradas del Mundo" solidifies its position as a crucial platform for global cinematic voices. The festival, driven by Appleton College of Cinematic Arts and Appleton Private University, stands as a bridge for intercultural understanding and reflection on the realities that unite us.

The upcoming stages of the festival will unfold according to the following official calendar:

• June 23, 2025: Semifinalists Nomination. On this crucial date, the documentaries that have advanced to the semifinal phase will be announced, following a rigorous initial evaluation process.
• July 24, 2025: Announcement of Selected Documentaries for the Competition (40). The 40 documentary works that will form part of the official selection and compete for the festival's prestigious awards will be revealed.
• July 28 to August 30, 2025: Documentary Screenings. During this extended period, the public will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in diverse visual narratives, enjoying the screenings of the selected documentaries. Specific platforms and schedules will be announced soon.
• September 15, 2025: Awards Gala. The festival will culminate with an emotional Awards Gala, where the excellence and impact of the documentary works that have stood out in this first edition will be recognized.
