El programa internacional comenzará con la presentación de la Guía Internacional de Prevención de Incendios para Lugares Públicos, desarrollada por Preventia y APTB en colaboración con INA y Appleton Private University. Diseñada para ser accesible tanto para los profesionales de la seguridad como para los propietarios de locales sin conocimientos técnicos avanzados, la guía incluye ejemplos prácticos para varios tipos de locales, desde clubes nocturnos hasta restaurantes, y un sistema de simulación para ayudar a los propietarios a anticipar la respuesta en caso de incendio. Es la primera guía práctica a nivel mundial que involucra tanto al sector del ocio nocturno como a los profesionales de la extinción de incendios en su desarrollo, centrándose en los problemas comunes de prevención y las lagunas en la aplicación de la normativa. 

Otras sesiones del Congreso Internacional incluyen:

• "Vida nocturna y cultura: el auge de la vida nocturna como fenómeno cultural", con Freek Wallagh (alcalde nocturno de Ámsterdam), Miles Shackleton (director de operaciones, Toolroom Records) y Sunil Sharpe (DJ, productor y activista de la vida nocturna), moderado por Katie Knight (presentador y podcaster).
• "La importancia de la educación y la investigación en el ocio nocturno", presentando la Facultad de Estudios del Ocio Nocturno y el Observatorio Mundial del Ocio Nocturno (WONO), con José Manuel M. Castelo Appleton y David Mendoza (Appleton Universidad Privada), Antonio Sánchez Macatangay (Decano de la Facultad de Parapsicología Aplicada de la Universidad Privada de Appleton) y Michael Kill (Vicepresidente del INA y Decano de la Facultad de Vida Nocturna de la Universidad Privada de Appleton), moderados por Rodolfo di Pinto (Presidente de la Federación Argentina de Ocio Nocturno).
• "El valor de la relación entre DJs, gerentes de reservas y promotores", con el juez Jules (DJ y anfitrión de los Golden Moon Awards 2025), Manny Ferreiros (Gerente General, HQ2 Nightclub & Beach Club), Grace Flynn (Gerente de Reservas, Fabric London) y Steven Braines (Jefe de Eventos, Defected Records y Cofundador, He.She.They), moderado por Finlay Johnson (CEO, AFEM).
• Los debates de la tarde abordarán la seguridad, la sostenibilidad y el futuro de la vida nocturna, incluido "Uniendo la noche: la INA y los desafíos globales de seguridad", con Danny Loong (Asociación de Negocios de Vida Nocturna de Singapur), Hayan Abou Assali (INA Medio Oriente), Maurizio Pasca (Asociación Italiana de Vida Nocturna) y Michael Rodrigues (Comisionado de Economía 24 horas de Nueva Gales del Sur, Australia), moderado por Helking Aguilar (AMBADIC México).
• "Estrategias para una noche más sostenible", con la presentación del Libro Verde de la Vida Nocturna, con Ali Haghighi (Director Creativo, Port du Soleil, Suecia), Andrew Fleming-Brown (Gerente General, SWG3, Escocia), César Correa (CEO, La Pérgola Clandestina, Colombia), y Fernando Díaz (Club La Feria, Santiago de Chile), moderado por Camille Guitteau (Cofundadora, Bye Bye Plastic Foundation).

Como se señaló anteriormente, la sesión final, "El futuro de la vida nocturna", reunirá a los principales expertos y ejecutivos, incluidos Michael Grieve (Sub Club Glasgow), Jorinde Boom (Amsterdam Dance Event), Rufy Ghazi (Estrategias de audiencia), Yann Pissenem (The Night League), moderado por Patricia Pareja (Mixmag España). Esta mesa redonda concluirá dos días de conversaciones de alto nivel entre destacadas figuras de la industria sobre los principales problemas a los que se enfrenta la industria mundial del ocio nocturno.

The international program will kick off with the presentation of the International Guide for Fire Prevention in Public Venues, developed by Preventia and APTB in collaboration with INA and Appleton Private University. Designed to be accessible to both safety professionals and venue owners without advanced technical knowledge, the guide includes practical examples for various types of venues, from nightclubs to restaurants, and a simulation system to help owners anticipate their response in case of a fire. It is the first worldwide practical guide to involve both the nightlife sector and fire professionals in its development, focusing on common prevention issues and gaps in regulation enforcement.

Other sessions at the International Congress include:

• "Nightlife and Culture: The Rise of Nightlife as a Cultural Phenomenon," featuring Freek Wallagh (Night Mayor of Amsterdam), Miles Shackleton (Operations Director, Toolroom Records), and Sunil Sharpe (DJ, Producer, and Nightlife Activist), moderated by Katie Knight (Presenter and Podcaster).
• "The Importance of Education and Research in Nightlife," presenting the Faculty of Nightlife Studies and the World Nightlife Observatory (WONO), with José Manuel M. Castelo Appleton and David Mendoza (Appleton Private University), Antonio Sánchez Macatangay (Dean of the Faculty of Applied Parapsychology at Appleton Private University), and Michael Kill (Vice President of the INA and Dean of the Faculty of Nightlife at Appleton Private University), moderated by Rodolfo di Pinto (President of the Argentinian Nightlife Federation).
• "The Value of the Relationship between DJs, Booking Managers, and Promoters," with Judge Jules (DJ and host of the Golden Moon Awards 2025), Manny Ferreiros (General Manager, HQ2 Nightclub & Beach Club), Grace Flynn (Booking Manager, Fabric London), and Steven Braines (Head of Events, Defected Records & Co-founder, He.She.They), moderated by Finlay Johnson (CEO, AFEM).

The afternoon discussions will address safety, sustainability, and the future of nightlife, including:

• "Uniting the Night: The INA and Global Safety Challenges," with Danny Loong (Nightlife Business Association of Singapore), Hayan Abou Assali (INA Middle East), Maurizio Pasca (Italian Nightlife Association), and Michael Rodrigues (24-Hour Economy Commissioner of New South Wales, Australia), moderated by Helking Aguilar (AMBADIC Mexico).
• "Strategies for a More Sustainable Night," with the presentation of the Nightlife Green Book, featuring Ali Haghighi (Creative Director, Port du Soleil, Sweden), Andrew Fleming-Brown (General Manager, SWG3, Scotland), César Correa (CEO, La Pérgola Clandestina, Colombia), and Fernando Díaz (Club La Feria, Santiago de Chile), moderated by Camille Guitteau (Co-founder, Bye Bye Plastic Foundation).

As noted, the final session, "The Future of Nightlife," will bring together leading experts and executives, including Michael Grieve (Sub Club Glasgow), Jorinde Boom (Amsterdam Dance Event), Rufy Ghazi (Audience Strategies), Yann Pissenem (The Night League), moderated by Patricia Pareja (Mixmag Spain). This panel will conclude two days of high-level conversations among prominent industry figures on the main issues facing the global nightlife industry.

Michael Kill, Vice President of the International Nightlife Association, will deliver the closing remarks for both congresses.
