La reunión del Comité de Organizaciones y Participación Social del Parlamento Islámico de Irán se celebró ayer (domingo 30 de agosto) con la presencia de Mohammad Seraj, diputado por Rey, Shemiranat, Eslamshahr y Pardis, y presidente de dicho comité, junto a representantes de organizaciones no gubernamentales (ONG) y autoridades de organismos ejecutivos y judiciales. El objetivo del encuentro fue agradecer las acciones de las organizaciones activas en el ámbito internacional, analizar sus capacidades y desafíos, y fomentar una mayor interacción entre el Parlamento, los organismos ejecutivos y las ONG.
Mohammad Seraj, miembro de la Comisión de Asuntos Sociales del Parlamento, comenzó la sesión agradeciendo las actividades populares en el ámbito de los derechos humanos y su papel en escenarios internacionales. Señaló que desde el triunfo de la Revolución Islámica, los temas de derechos humanos, especialmente en torno al terrorismo, han sido tal vez equivocados de forma distinta a la realidad del pueblo iraní, y han sido las organizaciones populares las que, con su presencia activa y acciones en el ámbito internacional, han demostrado al mundo que Irán es en realidad una víctima del terrorismo. Esta actuación merece elogio, y el Parlamento está interesado en aprovechar las perspectivas y capacidades de estas organizaciones en los ámbitos legislativo y de supervisión. Las demandas de estas entidades están alineadas con los objetivos del Parlamento, y existe una notable convergencia entre ambas partes. Por ello, su presencia y colaboración son esenciales tanto en la elaboración de leyes como en la supervisión de los organismos ejecutivos.
Seraj también destacó el papel de las organizaciones en el ámbito internacional: “Hoy, los iraníes tienen mucho que decir al mundo, y las ONG pueden allanar el camino para que la voz de Irán sea escuchada a nivel global. La presentación de nuestra civilización y poder en el escenario mundial debe realizarse con el protagonismo de estas organizaciones”.
Presencia del presidente de INSCO en el Parlamento con motivo del Día Internacional contra el Terrorismo
En una ceremonia oficial celebrada con motivo del Día Internacional contra el Terrorismo en el Parlamento Islámico, el presidente de la Islamic Nations Specialists and Consultants Organization (INSCO), el Dr. Dehnavi, participó en una sesión conjunta de las comisiones cultural y social del Parlamento, donde presentó las perspectivas y el informe de actividades de INSCO en el ámbito de los derechos humanos.
La reunión contó con la presencia de altos funcionarios del Parlamento, representantes del Ministerio de Justicia, del Poder Judicial y de organizaciones internacionales con estatus consultivo ante las Naciones Unidas. El foco del encuentro fue analizar estrategias para combatir el terrorismo y fortalecer la cooperación jurídica y cultural a nivel nacional e internacional.
El Dr. Dehnavi, también Decano de la Facultad Superior de Habilidades de la APPLETON PRIVATE UNIVERSITY, explicó las actividades de INSCO en la documentación y seguimiento legal de los crímenes de guerra perpetuados internacionalmente, destacando la presentación oficial de denuncias ante organismos internacionales y las Naciones Unidas. Subrayó la necesidad de sinergia entre instituciones nacionales e internacionales para apoyar a las víctimas del terrorismo y reforzar mecanismos centrados en la justicia.
En otra parte de su intervención, el Dr. Dehnavi enfatizó la importancia de aumentar la influencia mediática y generar narrativas efectivas en el ámbito internacional. Consideró vital la información dirigida, la narración documentada y el aprovechamiento de los medios globales para contrarrestar la distorsión de la realidad y apoyar a los oprimidos.
La Appleton Private University y la organización INSCO mantienen su compromiso con la defensa de los derechos humanos, la lucha contra el extremismo y la promoción del diálogo internacional en pos de una paz duradera y justicia global.

Entre los asistentes a esta reunión especializada se encontraban Askar Jalalian (viceministro de Derechos Humanos y Asuntos Internacionales del Ministerio de Justicia), Seyed Mohammad Javad Hashemi Nejad (secretario general de la Fundación Habilian), Davoud Ameri (secretario general del Foro Mundial por la Paz Islámica), Abdolvahab Beigpouri (secretario del Comité de Organizaciones y Participación Social), Mostafa Talebpour (presidente del think tank de Relaciones Internacionales), Mostafa Rastineh (director de la Fundación para la Prevención de Daños Sociales), Alireza Forghani (secretario del Consejo Estratégico de la Unión Internacional contra las Sanciones), Seyed Mehdi Fatemi Nazar (director del Centro de Intercambio de Ideas Jurídicas Innovadoras en Derechos Humanos y Derecho), y Parichehr Shahsavand (investigadora de instituciones benéficas y ONG), junto a otros directivos de organizaciones que expusieron sus problemas y preocupaciones.

Report on the Meeting of the Committee on Organizations and Social Participation of the Iranian Parliament
The meeting of the Committee on Organizations and Social Participation of the Islamic Parliament of Iran was held yesterday (Sunday, August 30) with the presence of Mohammad Seraj, the representative for Rey, Shemiranat, Eslamshahr, and Pardis and head of the committee, alongside representatives from non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and officials from executive and judicial bodies. The purpose of the meeting was to acknowledge the actions of organizations active in the international arena, analyze their capabilities and challenges, and foster greater interaction between the Parliament, executive bodies, and NGOs.
Mohammad Seraj, a member of the Parliament's Social Affairs Commission, began the session by commending the grassroots activities in the field of human rights and their role on international platforms. He noted that since the triumph of the Islamic Revolution, human rights issues, especially those concerning terrorism, have been misrepresented in a way that is contrary to the reality of the Iranian people.
He highlighted that it is these grassroots organizations, with their active presence and actions internationally, who have shown the world that Iran is, in fact, a victim of terrorism. This effort is praiseworthy, and the Parliament is keen to leverage the perspectives and capabilities of these organizations in legislative and supervisory matters. The demands of these entities are aligned with the Parliament's goals, and there is a remarkable convergence between the two parties. Therefore, their presence and collaboration are essential for both drafting laws and supervising executive bodies.
Seraj also emphasized the role of these organizations in the international sphere: “Today, Iranians have much to say to the world, and NGOs can pave the way for Iran's voice to be heard globally. The presentation of our civilization and power on the world stage must be carried out with the leading role of these organizations.”
INSCO President's Presence at the Parliament for the International Day Against Terrorism
In an official ceremony held at the Islamic Parliament to commemorate the International Day Against Terrorism, the president of the Islamic Nations Specialists and Consultants Organization (INSCO), Dr. Dehnavi, participated in a joint session of the Parliament's cultural and social commissions. He presented an overview and an activity report of INSCO's work in the field of human rights.
The meeting was attended by high-ranking Parliament officials, representatives from the Ministry of Justice and the Judiciary, and international organizations with consultative status at the United Nations. The focus of the meeting was to analyze strategies for combating terrorism and to strengthen legal and cultural cooperation at both national and international levels.
Dr. Dehnavi, who is also the Dean of the College of Advanced Skills at APPLETON PRIVATE UNIVERSITY, detailed INSCO's activities in documenting and legally prosecuting internationally perpetrated war crimes, emphasizing the official submission of complaints to international bodies and the United Nations. He underscored the need for synergy among national and international institutions to support victims of terrorism and reinforce justice-oriented mechanisms.
In another part of his speech, Dr. Dehnavi stressed the importance of increasing media influence and generating effective narratives in the international arena. He considered targeted information, documented storytelling, and the utilization of global media to be vital tools for counteracting the distortion of reality and supporting the oppressed.
