Artículo 1: Denominación y Objeto

Se crea el "Premio Internacional del I Congreso de Misionarios y sus Ideas", con el objetivo de reconocer, promover y premiar la labor de individuos y proyectos que se destaquen por su contribución, innovación y trayectoria en el ámbito promisionario a nivel global.

Artículo 2: Categorías de los Premios

Los premios se otorgarán anualmente en las siguientes categorías:

1. Misionario del Año por Impacto Comunitario: Se reconocerá a la persona que haya logrado una transformación significativa y positiva en una comunidad específica.
2. Innovación en Metodologías Promisionarias: Se premiará a la iniciativa que haya desarrollado y aplicado una metodología novedosa para la difusión del mensaje promisionario.
3. Liderazgo Promisionario Emergente: Se distinguirá a un líder con potencial y una proyección destacada en el campo promisionario.
4. Trayectoria Promisionaria Destacada: Se honrará a un individuo por su dedicación, constancia y logros a lo largo de una carrera al servicio de la labor promisionaria.
5. Proyecto Promisionario con Mayor Alcance Global: Se premiará al proyecto que haya logrado impactar a un público más amplio y diverso a nivel mundial.
6. Mejor Iniciativa de Desarrollo Sostenible Promisionario: Se reconocerá la iniciativa que combine el trabajo promisionario con principios de sostenibilidad social, económica o ambiental.

Artículo 3: Proceso de Postulación y Selección

1. Convocatoria: El periodo de postulación será anunciado públicamente con al menos 60 días de antelación a la ceremonia.
2. Elegibilidad: Las candidaturas podrán ser presentadas por terceros o por los propios interesados, siempre que cumplan con los criterios específicos de cada categoría.
3. Comité de Selección: Se establecerá un comité de selección compuesto por un mínimo de tres (3) y un máximo de cinco (5) expertos de reconocido prestigio en el ámbito promisionario. La identidad de los miembros del comité se mantendrá en estricta confidencialidad hasta el momento de la premiación.
4. Evaluación: El comité evaluará las candidaturas basándose en la documentación e información proporcionada, así como en su propio conocimiento del sector. La decisión del comité será inapelable.

Artículo 4: Criterios de Evaluación

Los criterios generales que el comité de selección tomará en cuenta incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

• Impacto y resultados demostrables.
• Originalidad e innovación de la iniciativa o proyecto.
• Sostenibilidad y escalabilidad a largo plazo.
• Coherencia con los valores del I Congreso de Misionarios y sus Ideas.
• Testimonios y referencias de la comunidad impactada.

Artículo 5: El Galardón y la Ceremonia

1. El Galardón: El premio consistirá en una certificación oficial que acreditará al ganador en la categoría correspondiente.
2. Ceremonia de Premiación: La entrega de los premios se llevará a cabo en una ceremonia pública, que tendrá lugar durante el mes de diciembre, coincidiendo con el final, con las fechas del I Congreso de Misionarios y sus Ideas.
3. Anuncio de Ganadores: Los nombres de los ganadores se revelarán en exclusiva durante la ceremonia de premiación.

Artículo 6: Disposiciones Finales

Cualquier aspecto no contemplado en estos estatutos será resuelto por el comité organizador de los premios, cuya decisión será final. La participación en los premios implica la total aceptación de estos estatutos.

STATUTES OF THE INTERNATIONAL AWARDS

Article 1: Name and Purpose

The "International Award of the I Congress of Missionaries and Their Ideas" is hereby established with the purpose of recognizing, promoting, and rewarding the work of individuals and projects that stand out for their contribution, innovation, and trajectory in the pro-missionary field on a global level.

Article 2: Award Categories

The awards will be granted annually in the following categories:

• Missionary of the Year for Community Impact: This award will recognize the individual who has achieved a significant and positive transformation in a specific community.
• Innovation in Pro-Missionary Methodologies: This award will honor the initiative that has developed and applied a novel methodology for spreading the pro-missionary message.
• Emerging Pro-Missionary Leadership: This award will distinguish a leader with outstanding potential and projection in the pro-missionary field.
• Outstanding Pro-Missionary Trajectory: This award will honor an individual for their dedication, perseverance, and achievements throughout a career in the service of pro-missionary work.
• Pro-Missionary Project with the Widest Global Reach: This award will be given to the project that has successfully impacted a wider and more diverse audience worldwide.
• Best Pro-Missionary Sustainable Development Initiative: This award will recognize the initiative that combines missionary work with principles of social, economic, or environmental sustainability.

Article 3: Nomination and Selection Process

• Call for Nominations: The nomination period will be announced publicly at least 60 days before the ceremony.
• Eligibility: Nominations may be submitted by third parties or by the interested individuals themselves, provided they meet the specific criteria for each category.
• Selection Committee: A selection committee will be established, composed of a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) experts of recognized prestige in the pro-missionary field. The identity of the committee members will be kept strictly confidential until the time of the awards ceremony.
• Evaluation: The committee will evaluate the nominations based on the documentation and information provided, as well as on their own knowledge of the sector. The committee's decision will be final and unappealable.

Article 4: Evaluation Criteria

The general criteria that the selection committee will consider include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrable impact and results.
• Originality and innovation of the initiative or project.
• Long-term sustainability and scalability.
• Coherence with the values of the I Congress of Missionaries and Their Ideas.
• Testimonials and references from the impacted community.

Article 5: The Award and Ceremony

• The Award: The award will consist of an official certificate that accredits the winner in the corresponding category.
• Awards Ceremony: The awards ceremony will be held publicly in December, coinciding with the dates of the I Congress of Missionaries and Their Ideas.
• Announcement of Winners: The names of the winners will be revealed exclusively during the awards ceremony.

Article 6: Final Provisions

Any matter not covered by these statutes will be resolved by the awards' organizing committee, whose decision will be final. Participation in the awards implies full acceptance of these statutes.
