Ya se están realizando las consultas y estudios pertinentes para su futura formalización como Sociedad Anónima Deportiva (SAD), bajo el nombre "THE CROWS APPLETON FOOTBALL CLUB S.A.D.".
Esta proyección hacia una SAD subraya el compromiso de la Appleton Private University con la profesionalización y la sostenibilidad a largo plazo del club. La figura de la SAD, obligatoria para competir en las divisiones profesionales en España, permitirá una gestión transparente, un saneamiento financiero y la estructura necesaria para aspirar a las más altas categorías del fútbol español.
